Attorney Brad Crose, of Crose Law LLC – A Patent and Trademark Law Firm, located in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, is a graduate of Purdue University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, focusing on electrical, civil, and industrial engineering disciplines. He was employed for ten years as an engineer and an information technology manager before attending Regent University School of Law, where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree and a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy, focusing on internet technology policy issues and patent and trademark law. He has extensive technical experience in the fields of engineering and information technology.

Brad Crose primarily practices in patent and trademark prosecution. As a patent attorney, Brad has prosecuted patent applications in the medical device, electrical, mechanical, aeronautical, industrial, and automotive fields. Additionally, he has prosecuted patent applications for many consumer, household, sporting goods, construction, and design goods.

As a trademark attorney, Brad provides trademark search and registration services for applicants seeking a U.S. federal trademark registration, enabling clients to protect business names, product names, services names, logos, and taglines. Additionally, he can assist trademark owners in filing trademark applications abroad in foreign countries.

With over 800 satisfied clients, Brad works with both individuals and companies in registering and protecting trademark intellectual property rights and filing applications and protecting patentable intellectual property rights.

Brad Crose is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the National Association of Patent Practitioners (NAPP). He is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia, USA and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

On a personal note, when Brad is not busy zealously helping clients with patent and trademark matters, he enjoys reading, economics, travel, state and national parks, hiking, tennis, and pickleball. In one very memorable travel excursion, Brad worked with Mother Teresa in India. Brad has been married for over 30 years to his lovely wife and has four children. Earlier in life, Brad attained the rank of Eagle Scout, delivered a large city daily newspaper for over six years, played tennis, and ran track.
